Meet the founder
Our Story
Lennie Noor Ravn besøgte sin mor på plastik fabrikken Svend Andersen Plast industri i Hårlev, hvor han var imponeret over maskinerne som producerede urinposer til medicinal industrien. Det fik ham til at søge en praktik plads hos dem i 7. og 8. klasse.
I 1994, fik Lennie en læreplads som automationsmekaniker på fabrikken, som nu hed Pharma Plast – og senere skiftede navn til Mærsk Medical. I 1998, skiftede han rolle for at teste sine evner hos en lokal maskinbygger som havde leveret en high-tech special maskine til Mærsk.
I 2002, startede Lennie sin første virksomhed, og kom ind i process industrien ved at sætte sprøjtetører anlæg op udenlands. Det blev til en karriere som førte ham rundt i mere end 27 lande. En rejse, som han beskriver som en lærerig oplevelse.
In the late 2000s however, he chose to replace that career with work as a freelance programmer for some of Denmark’s most important companies, while at the same time exploring the possibilities of the business world.
Det inspirerede Lennie til at starte Automate Partner i 2015.
His vision was to offer turnkey concepts within robot solutions to start with and then expand the work areas.
